The Rights Managed Licence covers specific use which is as follows:

This image can be used for websites, social media, blogs, presentations and video productions. It can be used as many times as you want. It can only be used by you and is non-transferable i.e. you cannot sublicense the image to another person or company. The intellectual property rights of the image belongs to New Shoots, however, you do not need to include a photo credit when using this image. 

The Licence is for three years, after which time you will need to renew your licence.

This image cannot be used in print form i.e. in editorials, promotional or advertorial literature, if you do want to use this image in print then please contact New Shoots to arrange a separate agreement. This image is non-exclusive, meaning that you do not have exclusive rights to use this image and other customers can purchase the same image. You must not falsely represent that you are the original creator of the image and the image must not be used in a defamatory or unlawful manner.
